The LOC method is a moisture replenishing hair treatment.  LOC stands for Leave-in, Oil & Cream. Watch as Diane Bailey our hairstylist applies this moisture bundle to flat, dull hair. Argan oil rich in essential fatty acids and antioxidant vitamins, controls frizz and adds healthy shine to hair.
*For fine strands or loose curl textures use slightly less cream or LEAVE OUT Step 3 (Cream).
